Most people focus on changing behaviors in order to solve their seeming problems. They change diets, they try affirmations, visualizations, go to seminars, seek gurus, teachers, all in efforts to change the way they feel. But what if all the money spent in pursuit of happiness could be saved by looking where the answers really are?

You are about to discover the answer to every prayer and the solution to every problem you have and/or are experiencing right now.

Changing behavior, writing affirmations, setting goals, although interesting tools to play with, just to keep us busy for a while are not going to solve any problems because what is taking place is not at the level of the body but at the level of the mind. Not even mind tools such as neuro-linguistic programming, hypnotherapy will do.

Here is how it works. According to A Course In Miracles we live in a world of illusion. What we are, is caught up in a dream that although may seem very real to us, is still a dream.

Gary Renard, the author of The Disappearance of The Universe has a beautiful way of putting it. He says that when you are dreaming and it is not a pleasant dream, and you may have your parent come over and whisper in your ear that it's only a dream, then you start to feel better as you begin to wake up realizing it was just a dream. In other words, you can hear your parent's voice while you are dreaming even when your parent is not part of the dream.

Same with life. Right now we are dreaming, however we can hear the voice of God while we are in it. That's how we gradually wake up. You may hear God's voice in A Course In Miracles, in a song, in a conversation that somehow makes you feel at peace. Not good in the body/physical form, I mean peace. I'll get to it later.

It takes practice and a willingness to hear God's voice because the world of phenomena looks so convincing. Not only so, the ego uses the body as a means to be heard, which I will elaborate further on. So what most people do is they look for answers within the illusion. And what is the illusion? And who created it?

Here is a brief history of the illusion. Who you are is God. Plain and simple. You are created in the image and likeness of God. You are One with God. We hear that all the time but do we really know what that means? Anyway, at some point according to A Course In Miracles, a tiny mad idea was created. A belief. That tiny mad idea is called the ego. So what the ego did, it made us believe that we are separate from God, that we are NOT one with God, as a result of that, the world of illusion was created. In other words, the world of separation.

The bible says that God created the world, even more specifically it says that in the beginning there is God. The question proposed now is, were was God before the beginning? The truth is BEFORE the beginning there was God. And that is because God is just Being. The world as we see it, is NOT a creation of God but of the ego in order to convince us that we are separate from one another. Notice I did not say that God did not create the world, I said that God did not create the world "as we see it." And that is because the world that God created is a world of Oneness not separation.

So now you have Heaven, Oneness with God, and everything else must then be hell. Because there is nothing in between. This world of illusion is the one the Tao refers to as the world of the 10,000 things (hell). Because although we are seeing lots of separate things, in reality, all we are seeing is us. Not that when we see us we see hell, but that when we experience ourselves as being separate from our true Source, we experience duality, the yin and yang, the opposite of who we are, all the problems we can possibly come up with, that's when we experience the illusion that could be labeled as hell.

So there is no worry about going to hell, we are already in it. All we need to do is to make the choice to wake up. I'll share how to do so in a moment.

So when you are seeing anyone, you are actually seeing YOU projected outwards. Since Jesus the Christ was very clear that we are all one with God, what he was able to do, is he would see everyone as being one with the Source.

The reason why he did not judge is because he knew that if what he was seeing is a projection of his subconscious mind outward, the way he feels about others is reflecting back the way he feels about himself. In other words, if you see others as guilty, YOU are guilty. If you see others as innocent, YOU are innocent. So really when you think you are forgiving someone else, all you are doing is really forgiving yourself. This is the complete opposite of what we are taught in conventional religion.

Since we created this idea that we are separate through the experience of the ego, this whole world of illusion (hell) is what gives the ego its identity. So now we have this world filled with illusions. Just look around for a second and notice all that you see. So now let's say you have a seeming problem, financial, health, addiction. It does not matter the magnitude, according to A Course in Miracles there is no order of difficulty in miracles. What that means is, whether you think your problem is big or small, there is no hierarchy of problems because in reality we only have one problem. And I'll get to it in a moment.

So here we are looking at a world that is not real in the first place, then we are faced with a seeming problem, so what do we do? We look for a solution. Where do we look for it? WITHIN THE ILLUSION. So if we have an addiction or financial or career or relationship, emotional, whatever the problem is, we look for false idols, also known as experts to help us find a solution to our problems. Keep remembering that there is only ONE problem, one that when solved all of our other seeming challenges will naturally dissolve. Once again it will be revealed momentarily.

So why can't we find the answers through experts, seminars and/or gurus? Simple, if the ego created the illusion of separation in the first place, in other words the world as we see it, and you look for answers within the illusion, do you think you are going to get the answers that will lead you to Oneness? No. It would be impossible because is like asking the ego to lead you to truth and that would be the end of the ego. And the ego will do whatever it takes to stay alive.

So what do we do then? According to A Course in Miracles, the first thing we must understand is that we only have ONE problem. Yes, you heard it right. We think we have many but in reality we only have one. Which is, that we believe that we are SEPARATE from God. That's all.

And the answer to our questions cannot be answered within the framework of the intellect. That's why it seems frustrating because the intellect is within the realm of the ego. It tries to solve problems through compartmentalizing, separating, analyzing, rationalizing, dissecting as opposed to embracing wholeness. The reason why people are having a challenge with this is because they are looking for logical answers that would satisfy their questions.

What we are talking about cannot be explained nor taught. It has to be experienced. The process is very simple. However, we want immediate results not realizing that it took us a lot of years to believe in the illusion. Although it wont take that many more to undo the ego, (the illusion), it is still going to take 100% of our willingness to so.

Let me simplify it for you. If you are God, what do you think it took for you to convince yourself that you are less than that? God is infinite whole, perfect, complete isn't It? Yet, here you are experiencing the illusion of whatever challenge you may think you are facing. Again, the label is irrelevant because once we solve the ONLY problem we have, which is our believe that we are separate from God, the rest of our seeming problems will automatically disappear.

How in the world did you manage to convince yourself that you are less than who you are? How did you pull that off? By committing 100%, every day, every minute, every second of your life telling yourself that the illusion is real. So based on that, don't you think that it would take you the same amount of commitment to undo what you have created? Notice I did not say the same amount of time. However, I did say the same amount of commitment. That is 100%, commitment on your part every moment, every minute, every second reminding yourself it's all an illusion.

Remember that in order to know God you MUST be out of your mind. You'll never find the answers intellectually or within the framework of the illusion. By trying to figure things out all you are doing is asking illusions to help you solve illusions.

I am about to show you how to solve all your problems. The thing is, remember this however, as simple as it is, the ego is going to put up a fight because it does not want to die. Since the ego's identity is through your physical body, which is just an illusion, the ego is going to use every single weapon it has to have you back off from seeking truth. One being the body, you'll experience intense discomfort. That's how the ego have convinced you that the illusion is real.

But before sharing with you the simple way of solving all your challenges once and for all, let me ask you this, why does it seem hard to let go and let God?

Here is why. You are looking at you life, so engrossed in the illusion and the body, that because you have these preconceived ideas of what you think is going to make you happy, you could not even conceive of something far better.

You think that the sex, the money, the fame, the love and admiration of your fans, your friends, financial freedom and whatever else you can think of is the ultimate experience. That's why we look up to all these false idols thinking that their life is merry just because of what we see, or what we can imagine it would be like. But what if there was something FAR BETTER than ANYTHING you can think this world could offer you?

Well my friend, that's the promise God has for you. But as long as you are afraid of that which God has to offer you, just because you cannot even imagine what that is, you'll continue trying to control your world. Always settling for such a small part of your inheritance, which is nothing less than the Kingdom, even at the expense of keeping all of your seeming problems.

That's why it is said, "Seek ye first the kingdom of Heaven and It's righteousness, and all of these things will be added on to you." So the question is, how long do you want to continue seeking the symbols at the expense of your peace of mind?

That does not mean you cannot enjoy the things of this world, it simply means that your happiness and joy are not dependent on the things of this world.

So here is how to begin solving all of your problems, so simple and yet so deceiving.

First thing, you must offer your problems to the ONE that can answer them correctly. That means, not anyone within the illusion. In other words, not anyone who is trying to make you feel good. For the body is the weapon of the ego. All you are seeking is peace of mind.

Yes, you can enjoy the sex, the money, the great feelings of joy and laughter for God would not want anything less for you. The key is to not let them get a hold of you. Not letting your happiness and peace of mind be dependent on the things of this world.

In other words, have sex, enjoy it, and then let it go until the next time. Spend the money and let it go. Go to the movies, have fun and let it go. Enjoy the ride and let it go. Moment by moment seek the peace that surpasses understanding as opposed to the good feeling that could turn into addictions. Experience the joy, all the beauty that the illusion has to offer, and if you feel pulled in by the illusion (impulse, addiction), notice it and bring yourself back to peace.

So here is how you release all of your problems.

First things first is, let go and let God. That means take all your goals and affirmations and ideas you think would bring you happiness and release them to God. Now you may say, "But what if I want to play music and God wants something else for me?" God only wants for you to be HAPPY! Get it? So let me ask you, do you want to be RIGHT or do you want to be HAPPY?

See, it is IMPOSSIBLE to let go and let God when you are imposing your own agenda. All I can say is many ministers do not even understand this. Sad but true. Anyone who tells you to let go and let God and at the same time invites you to write your goals and imagine the life you would like to live, they are plain and simply contradicting themselves. The reason being is, at our present level of human condition we cannot even imagine what it would be like to live the life that God has in store for us. All we can do is settle for the little things we think are going to make us happy. Whether it is the million dollars, the mansion, the mate, in other words, our dreams.

Then you have all the self proclaim gurus, experts and seminar leaders, which manipulate people into spending millions in seminars looking for the next best thing, for answers outside. They may claim that you can experience permanent results. But how can you experience permanent results in a world that is always changing? And why is this world always changing? Because it is not real. And by the way, many, if not most of these gurus and experts are very well-meaning. They really have good intentions. It so happens that they believe that the illusion is real. And as long as they believe in the illusion, they can only give you advice within the framework of the illusion.

So if you want temporary fixes, they may have some suggestions. The challenge is, your next problem will become bigger, and the next even bigger until your threshold of pain becomes intolerable. That's when most people get down on their knees and either they commit suicide or truly surrender. Or they allow themselves to live in pain until they die miserably. Again, you want answers from the illusion or from the Source (God)?

In other words, do you want God or do you want your problems?

Now you may say, "Hey Nick, YOU are an illusion. Why should I listen to you?" My response to you is, I am not going to give you an answer, I am going to share with you a way for YOU to listen to your own answers for I have NO answers for you. Only you know! When you listen to your Self, your Higher Self, your God Self. Get it?

Remember, you can write all your goals and try to continue to solve the problems in your life on your own. God gave you free will. The will to listen to God or to your ego. That's the only freewill you have. Another jewel most minister do not understand either.

Okay, here is how you can release yourself from every seeming problem you think you have based on the principles taught by A Course In Miracles:

Close your eyes and imagine a beautiful altar where God sits. Walk up to God and take whatever problem you think you have and give it to Him. Now ask the Holy Spirit to interpret it for you and TRUST that it is being handled by the Holy Spirit, which is the One who knows the Truth. Then say, please Holy Spirit restore my peace. And let it go.

That's it! Now you are going, "What? That's it? No answers, no feeling good right now?" All you are asking is for the peace of mind that surpasses understanding. For only peace is the key to the kingdom, which happens to be within you. The reason you don't see it is because you are too busy looking for it outside, where all your seeming problems are projected. Notice I said, "where they are projected." That's why changing behavior is NOT going to work for as long as the mind is not restored to peace all you are doing is trying to fix the projection instead of the projector, the one projecting the movie you believe is real. Get it? (READ THIS PARAGRAPH AGAIN + AGAIN + AGAIN).

From that peace of mind you move on with your life. Trusting that the answers are being handled, when you least expect it you receive inspiration, all that you need is handled for you. That's where faith comes in.

See, most people are led to believe a lie. One that says, "I have control over my world. I can make whatever I want happen." Look at your own life. How long have you been on this metaphysical/spiritual journey? How many seminars have you attended? How many years have you been writing affirmations? How long have you been praying? How come you have not achieved what you have been chasing for so long? I mean, if you had the same thoughts, ambition, ask yourself what's really taking place. If energy is the answer, and you are putting lots of it out into the universe, be honest with yourself, have you ever wonder why things are not happening for you?

I am not going to deny that some things may have occurred. However, on average, how many of the things you have been chasing have not manifested? Well, there is a reason for that, which I'll be sharing with you later. We hear that the world without (illusion) is a reflection of the world within. So what people do? They now try to change the world within, again imposing their own will in order to try to change the world without. In other words trying to rearrange the illusion thinking that whatever experience they are seeking is going to make them happy.

Yet so much energy is wasted trying to force something to happen, when the answers we are seeking are so easy to find if we simply trust. Hope I am not upsetting you but remember, the truth shall set you free, but first it will piss you off.

Maybe in the larger scheme of things, no matter what you do, or what you are striving for won't happen if it's not meant to be. People write their goals, do their affirmations, set up deadlines and surprisingly nothing seems to happen. For this they needed an escape goat in order to explain why their dreams and goals were not manifesting. So they came up with the concept of "universal timing."

Just for the record, universal timing does exist. But not within our idea of what we think it is. Here is how timing works. When you have an idea, an inspiration, when you feel "naturally" moved to take some sort of action, that's timing. In other words you flow with life as opposed to control it. When it was time for me to move to California, that's when it happened. When it was time for me to write my books, that's when it happened, when it was time for me to create my music CD that's when it happened. Yet when I spent all my time visualizing and affirming and trying to make things go my way all I was faced with was opposition, discomfort, pain, every door seem to be closing on me. Then I started to wake up and things began to change, not how I would have expected but by allowing things to be. That's when my life truly changed.

So you can write all the goals you want and work hard, and visualize and continue dealing with the ups and downs that comes with such struggle, or trust that whatever needs to happen on your way to experiencing a fulfilling life will take place no matter what you do, as long as you listen to the One who knows the Truth. To the voice OUTSIDE of the dream.

Now you may ask, "But what do I do in the meantime?" Stop doing and just be. Yes, just be. Trust that God is handling all the details for you. That's the ONLY thing that will ever give you peace of mind. Or again, you can continue trying to solve your problems.

Because remember, all God wants for you is to give you the Kingdom. And all God needs from you is your willingness to accept it. Such a simple thing isn't it? Yet so difficult for most of us to understand.

You only have ONE problem. You forgot you are God! People do not want to accept that. That's why Jesus was radical for his time. I don't mean to rattle your cage. But I refuse so see anything less that who you are. For what I see in you I see in me.
