Hi
Friend,
You wrote: > only the loss of my soul
through the hands This is Nick Arandes, the one who wrote the song I Believe In You and I am glad that in some way it has touched you. To give you a quick background, the song was inspired back in 1997 as I was driving from Texas to Oklahoma while being homeless. I did face later on some health challenges and one thing I have learned is that every physical imbalance it has to do with emotional issues. The way I was able to release the resistance was by first, not fear having to make a transition. That release some stress. After that, all I did is find ways to empower myself either by listening to authors and people that would inspire me. Not wasting time watching junk television or news or radio, nor reading magazines or anything that would not serve me. I do meditate regularly. And remember that everything that happens in our lives are nothing but opportunities for us to be able to recognize who we are. In other words, if you are perfect health, the opposite of that shows up in order for you to have the experience of what is like to be perfect health. Another thing is, be aware of the choice of words you choose. It is not about denial, it is about choosing words that are moving you in the direction of health as opposed to keeping you stuck. Here is an example of what you wrote: > only the loss of my soul
through the hands First Friend, please understand where I am coming from. I am not implying that you don't have or feel whatever it is you are feeling. However, the way you are putting it, seems as if that imbalance have any power over you. If you think that way, you are giving the imbalance that power. Not because it has it, but because you say it does. The truth is, nothing wants to use you up until you are just a shell. You are now given the opportunity to put into practice the power that resides deep within you. I am going to share an email I got from a Unity minister in TN while I was facing some of my health challenges. He wrote: >Nick I have been told I had
cancer of the stomach and underwent >I have been told that I had a
heart attack but when I went back to >I have been told I had a Sugar
Diabetes and that within six >Now is the time for you to call
your belief into play and let Spirit ===== END ===== I will keep you in prayer Friend, continue listening to the song and remember that everything in life is happening for your highest good. In times when it seems like everything is falling apart, trust me when I say, that is where you greatest gifts are about to emerge. The key is, keep your focus on the gift that is hidden behind the darkness and what you'll discover will completely amaze you. And the time will come when you look back and you'll bless whatever it is you are going through for it has given you the power and the strength to become what you are about to become. The shell you are about to break through is the one every warm breaks through before it becomes a beautiful butterfly.

May the light of Spirit shines brighter and brighter within you and I know deep within my soul that all your dreams will soon come true if you believe in yourself as much as I believe in you! Love, peace and blessings, Nick Arandes (The Radical Kid) |
