Under the eyes of the Universe, Creator, whatever name you may choose to call that Infinite Intelligence which some refer to as God, Buddha, Jesus, etc., the essence of who we are is love. And the power of love is what's creates or attracts. Being born gay is as perfect as being born straight. The Universe wont deny you of anything. As long as it's a heart's desire, the universe is more than happy to give it to you. Whatever is stopping you from manifesting anything, is not being gay or straight, but the fear or judgment you may be placing upon yourself by thinking that you do not deserve something. Remember Friend, the universe is always giving you what you want whether you know that consciously or unconsciously. If you believe you deserve something the universe makes it happen. If on the other hand you feel you don't deserve something for whatever reason, the universe will also obey to your request. Bottom line Friend, God loves you no matter what! Gay, Straight, Bisexual, who cares. You are as part of the perfection of the universe just like everybody else. So the short answer to your question, YES, you can manifest anything regardless of being gay.
