Hi
Friend,
Let's take a look at your email now. >As for me...still struggling to
remind myself on how to be Welcome to life! Actually, it is not as sometimes we think it is. I realized that being happy is an attitude we bring from within. However, it is much easier when we are internally fulfilled. I have done lots of spiritual and metaphysical studies and found out that sometimes the challenge I was facing was mostly internal conflicts between teachers. One says have goals, the other one says, the universe provides. It is not that one of them is wrong. The truth is, they can both be right depending on how they see the world and the life each have chosen to life. You put Donald Trump in a cave to mediate, he'll probably be miserable. On the other hand you give a guru the busy life of Donald Trump and he would be miserable. So the question is, what kind of life would you like to live? In meditation in the Himalayas? At the house on the ocean? In the city? In the Country? As a millionaire? Just getting by? For me for example, after struggling I realized the HARD way, that to change my life I needed to do things differently. And for the most part, these things weren't pleasant. But then I came to a powerful realization. And that is, God never ask you do feel uncomfortable so you can sacrifice. If anything, it is for you to grow! And the discomfort comes as we brake from our old fears. It is not the growing that is painful but the letting go of that which we keep holding on to that no longer serve us. You don't have to settle for a life you don't want to live. However, you'll settle for it if don't have an idea of the life you would like to live. There are so many teachers, gurus, authors, etc. But truly, your heart knows best! Go deep within and really ask yourself, what brings me joy? And don't judge it. If it is to be a movie star, take an acting class. Don't make things spiritual or non spiritual just because a guru says so. Give yourself a chance to listen to YOU! If your heart is truly connecting with a guru, then go for it. But ultimately pay attention to the way you FEEL! That is how God talks to you. Not through your thoughts, intellect, or words. That is one way God would attempt to get your attention but those things are lead to misinterpretations. That's when the challenge sets in. But your feelings are the true measure of your experience. If you are not happy, although I know that happiness is not something we get from the outside world, at least begin by asking what things would you like to change in your life right now. Are your challenges attached to financial issues? Work issues? Friends? Family? Relationships? And use the power of your divine creative being within to attract into your life the changes you seek. Not necessarily by working harder but by focusing on them. Because whatever we focus on expands. If we focus in the things we don't like, guess what we experience more of? So pick up a paper and pen, go to a park or the ocean, well, I don't know how far the ocean is from you, or a lake and dream. Right your dreams down. See them on paper. Then ask God for guidance. The universe will bring into your life the financial resources or opportunities, or human resources, all sort of synchronicities will begin to show up in your life when you begin to focus in the direction of your dreams. Also ask what brings joy in terms of career. Who knows, you may want to be a teacher and teach from all the spiritual rich experiences you've had as your journey continues. That is what I've done. Every time I have an insight and my life changes, I share it with my books, CDs, speaking engagements. Over the last 10 years I have gone through many challenges and guess what? Still do. And I take each challenge and turn it into a book! Someday I like to read yours!

May the light of Spirit shines brighter and brighter within you and I know deep within my soul that all your dreams will soon come true if you believe in yourself as much as I believe in you! Love, peace and blessings, Nick Arandes (The Radical Kid) |
