Hi Friend,

> How often should I make my intention?

This is the tricky part. If you place and order by catalog for example, do you call them every day to see if the order has being fulfilled? No right? You trust that they are doing what they need to do and the order will arrive when it's supposed to. Now, let's say that you have been waiting longer than what the order was supposed to take, in that case, something within you says, "I feel I need to give them a call to follow up." You simply act on that.

In life, once your intention is clear, is not a matter of keeping stating it. It is only a matter of doing what you are guided to do on a daily basis in order to continue moving in the direction of your intention. Now, sometimes you may be led to do things that may not seem congruent with that intention. Yet, in the larger scheme of things, all happening in divine order, if your intention is not fulfilled, something far much better is on it's way.

If your intention is based on fear, you'll find yourself trying to make it happen. If on the other hand, it is based on inspiration and trust, you know that whatever it is you are inspired to do, it will feel right to you. The thing is, many times the questions people ask me, they want a logical answer.

The truth is, when dealing with spiritual matters, we must let go of logic and trust in our hearts. If logically you want to make $10,000, you can come up with all sorts of actions in order to make that happen. What if on the other hand, you say you intend to make $10,000 and you are guided to start painting in your computer? Does that make logical sense? No. But what if, whatever you are guided to paint is something very original, something that when you show it to your friends, people fall in love with?

Then you are guided to contact a company that would love to include your painting in their product's line and they are willing to advance you $50,000, and you'll make commission for every product they sell that has your logo on it? Do you see my point? I am just simply giving you a possible scenario out of millions!

> Is it okay to write it down every morning and then ask for guidance what actions to take today?

You can write down whatever you want for as long as you want it. Here is the thing. The reason why it is taught to write things down and look at them every day is so that it stays active in your conscious and subconscious mind. That way, while you consciously are doing something about it, your subconscious mind is also at work helping you achieve, or attract into your space whatever you need in order to achieve that.

The questions would be, why do you really want whatever it is you are intending to create? That is a more powerful driving force than a mere intention or goal you want to write down. The truth is, once an intention is created, the universe is at work helping you manifest it. The more you keep writing it down and intending it, in many cases, all you are doing is reinforcing the fact that it is not there. So at some point you need to develop trust. For me, I simply set the intention once, then I do what I am guided to. But you need to do what feels right to you. You can ask the same question to 20 people who have achieve what they want and you get 20 answers. That's why the journey is for you to look within, where all the answers are.

> How I am sure that the answer comes from my heart and not from my mind?

Because of the way you feel. Like everything, the more you experience the peace and joy of what feels right to you, the more you learn to differentiate between mind and heart. This is something that must be developed. Just keep doing the work and trust that whatever decisions you are making are not right or wrong. Each decision you make allows you to develop that trust.

I would say that every time you are about to make a decision, ask yourself, How do I feel about this? Then give yourself some time to reflect. The time will come when you'll know. Always ask for your internal guide to assist you. This is part of doing the work.

May the light of Spirit shines brighter and brighter within you and I know deep within my soul that all your dreams will soon come true if you believe in yourself as much as I believe in you!

Love, peace and blessings,

Nick Arandes (The Radical Kid)
