Hi Friend,

> Is eating healthy an illusion? So it does not matter what I eat,
> as long as I believe is good for me, that's all it matters? What I
> choose to eat or not eat is irrelevant?

Well, everything being an illusion, if you have energized the idea that the body is real, and that the food you eat is real, and that what you eat is going to affect the body, then you act according to that. For me for example, I still choose to eat healthy, not because I want to fuel the hologram but because I want to have that experience. So for example, if you want to have the experience of going to the beach and go surfing, you don't judge it all the time saying to yourself, "Oh well, the ocean is not real, this surf-board is not real. This experience isn't real, blah, blah, blah..." You simply appreciate your creation, even when you understand that it is all YOUR creation. And you surrender to it.

If the time comes that surfing is no longer enjoyable, then you can choose another creation. Same with food. If the time comes when you feel that eating what you are eating is no longer enjoyable and you want to create something different, you then go ahead and create that which you want to create.

So the short answer to your questions, yes, it is irrelevant. It is only a matter of doing things that brings joy. And you can apply the process to specific areas first before moving to others. You may want to work on the financial realm while you still believing the illusion of the body/health/nutritional area. Then you may want to start working on relationships, or whatever.

The truth is, it is all made up! This is what Neale Donald Walsch have been saying in Conversations With God, which also reminded me of a minister I saw many years prior to conversations with God at Agape. He was saying the same thing, it is all an illusion, the difference is, now I am beginning to truly understand it.

May the light of Spirit shines brighter and brighter within you and I know deep within my soul that all your dreams will soon come true if you believe in yourself as much as I believe in you!

Love, peace and blessings,

Nick Arandes (The Radical Kid)
