Hi Friend,

Now I like to quickly address your concern:

> I've just sensed some fear when you wrote
> "God, if it is my time, it's my time."

Keep this in mind. When it is your time, it is your time no matter what. For me however, letting go of that concern, simply allowed me to keep my centerdness because by not being attached to that worry, it forced me to stay in the present moment and honor whatever process I was going through.

Let's look at it this way. Let's say someone is in pain and try to fight it until one day, they can't take it anymore and give in. And at that moment the pain goes away. And why is that? Because the reason for their discomfort was not the pain but the HOLDING ON TO IT! Get it?

So if you fear death, your discomfort is not in the experience of dying but in holding on it. You may live 100+ years. But what is the point if the past 99 your are fearful of it.

In simple words, whatever you are going through, simply look at it as what it is and that's it. Remember this. Everything in life is neutral. It is not good or bad. It just is. When we add our story, that's when the problem begins. So if you are going to add a story to your circumstances, add one that empowers you. And you do so by always looking for the blessing in it.

So a health challenge may be the blessing that have forced you to dig deep and getting to know who you really are therefore forcing you to access your inned power. Something that would not have happened have you not gone through the experience.

Then, you can use your experience to help and serve others. That is what I do. I look back the the nodule and thank it every day. I am not saying that I would want to go trhough it again, but I definitely will not change that experience because it helped me build the foundation of who I am. And every experience I go through helps me do just that.

So bless your cirumstances, be grateful for them while at the same time do whatever it is you feel guided to do in order to change them.

May the light of Spirit shines brighter and brighter within you and I know deep within my soul that all your dreams will soon come true if you believe in yourself as much as I believe in you!

Love, peace and blessings,

Nick Arandes (The Radical Kid)
