Other providers: Try adding the domains above to your address book or contact list.

I have tried to contact you but have not received an answer.

Every time some contact me through my site, they automatically receive an autoresponse. I if you have not received an autoresponse, most likely you either entered an incorrect email, therefore I cannot reply to your response, or your spam filters are not allowing for my response to get to your mailbox. In any case, all you need to do is, go to the contact page and submit another inquiry. This time make sure your email address is typed correctly as well as insuring to removed any filters from your email for at least 24 hours. Once you have received my autoresponse, then you can rest assure that I have your correct email address.

I ordered your book but received the wrong order..

Althought it is very rare, there may be a time when you place an order for my books and the printer may have made a mistake. All you need to do is contact their customer support so they can rectify the situation. In many cases they will ask you to submitt a picture of your order to ensure no one is trying to take advantage of their services. I seem to be having a challenge watching the videos. I am getting slow connection or server erros?

There is nothing to be concerned about. What happens is, if there are too many people watching the videos at the same time, the bandwidth becomes slower and sometimes the server can't handle that many views at once. That being the case, just wait for a less busy time. However, I placed this posting before moving my site to a dedicated server.

My server is very slow and it takes me a while to watch the videos?

Simply plan ahead. Let the video download while you are zipping on a cup of tea and once the download is completed, enjoy the video.

My server does not allow me to view my video. It happens at my school.

Please understand that schools, Universities, workplace may have some restrictions.

Why is it taking so long for the video to download?

You have a slow connection, or the server may be busy. However, the best thing for slow connections is to simply wait a while until the clip has downloaded a good portion and then start playing it. To play you just need to click on the image. To stop simply click on the image for the second time.

Is it possible for me to rewind and fast forward the video?

Yes, simple point your browser towards the bottom of the image where you see like a tool bar and by sliding the pointer to the left or to the right you can actually rewind of fast forward the video clip.
