updates and have not received
anything.
That may be because you may
have misspelled your email address. That
being the case, the system is sending the
order to the wrong address. Or, your email
box is full and is not taking any more
emails so you will need to clear up your
email box.
In the unlikely event that something
like that may happen, simply contact us so
that we can take care of that situation.
Also, because of the prevalence of
SPAM, you or your Internet Service
Provider (ISP) may have SPAM filters set
up on your email. (If your ISP has done
it, you may not even be aware that your
messages are being filtered.)
You may also be using a SPAM filtering
service like SpamArrest, Matador,
ChoiceMail, or something similar.
If you are using filters of any kind it
is very likely that you will NOT receive
your PDF document unless you specifically
set them up to the following:

link next to the "From"
field.
Verizon: Log into your
account at netmail.verizon.net,
go to the "Options" section, then
the "Block Senders" tab. You can
then add the domains shown above
to your "safe list."
Other providers: Try
adding the domains above to your
address book or contact list.

I seem to be having a
challenge watching the videos. I am
getting slow connection or server
erros?
There is nothing to be
concerned about. What happens is, if there
are too many people watching the videos at
the same time, the bandwidth becomes
slower and sometimes the server can't
handle that many views at once. That being
the case, just wait for a less busy time.
However, I placed this posting before
moving my site to a dedicated server.
My server is very slow and
it takes me a while to watch the
videos?
Simply plan ahead. Let the
video download while you are zipping on a
cup of tea and once the download is
completed, enjoy the video.
My server does not allow
me to view my video. It happens at my
school.
Please understand that
schools, Universities, workplace may have
some restrictions.
What happens if I cannot
see the video?
You do not have the Flash
plug-in in order to view the video. To

Why is it taking so long
for the video to download?
You have a slow connection,
or the server may be busy. However, the
best thing for slow connections is to
simply wait a while until the clip has
downloaded a good portion and then start
playing it. To play you just need to click
on the image. To stop simply click on the
image for the second time.
Is it possible for me to
rewind and fast forward the video?
Yes, simple point your
browser towards the bottom of the image
where you see like a tool bar and by
sliding the pointer to the left or to the
right you can actually rewind of fast
forward the video clip.
